However, some current clinical medicine researchers and medical researchers are lack of accurate understanding on the current statistical methods, improper use of some statistical methods, resulting in a number of scientific researchs in medicine errors. In order for some non-statistical researchers on statistical methods have a better grasp of the scientific research and clinical trials do better. Hereby adopt this status quo of medical statistics, a brief description, in the study and analysis of existing statistical methods, based on the current statistics for the main essence of a basic exposition of existing statistical methods through one of the basic practices and software applications to find out the advantages and disadvantages of various analytical methods, and on this basis for an improvement of exploration.
