本科毕业论文 瓶装水生产与配送管理问题的研究 The study on bottled water production and distribution management problems 性 质： □毕业设计 □毕业论文 教 学 院： 机电工程学院 系 别： 学生学号： 学生姓名： 专业班级： 指导教师： 职 称： 起止日期：  摘 要 近些年，随着人民生活水平的提高，瓶装水产业蓬勃发展起来。一瓶水，从生产到配送，决定着一个企业可以在市场上存活与否。建立一个高效的生产系统，为企业生产有竞争力的产品；进行科学合理的配送工作，对企业的生产经营和经济效益影响很大。因此，研究瓶装水企业的生产与配送管理具有十分重要的意义。 本论文以HD矿泉水有限公司作为研究对象，试图通过对其在生产和配送管理现状方面进行的研究和分析，发现其在生产效率、人工与配送管理流程等方面存在的问题，并分别进行研究分析。针对这些问题，利用工业工程中的一些科学方法，优化、解决瓶装水公司在生产与配送管理中所遇到的问题，提出有效的公司生产和配送管理的改进对策和措施，帮助企业树立全新的生产与配送管理方式，提高生产与配送管理水平，增强企业竞争力。针对公司生产过程中存在的问题，应用工业工程理论进行分析，并提出改善方向。 关键词：工业工程；瓶装水；生产；配送管理Abstract In recent years， with the improvement of peoples living standard， the industry of bottled water flourishes. A bottle of water， from production to distribution， determines an enterprise can survive in the market or not. It’s very important for an enterprise， that establishing an efficient production system to produce competitive products， and deal with scientific reasonable distribution of work. So the research of bottled water production in a enterprise management is of great significance. In this paper we regard HD mineral water company as the research object， through the research and analysis of management status in the production and distribution， to find that the production efficiency， artificial and distribution problems existing in the management process， then respectively research and analysis them. To solve these problems， we’ll use some scientific methods of industrial engineering， to optimize and solve problems encountered in production and distribution management of bottled water companies， to put forward the improved measures of effective production and distribution management， to help enterprises set up a new way of production and distribution management， to improve the level of production and distribution management， and to enhance the competitiveness of enterprise.
