社会阶层的政治参与问题浅析论文.docVIP

摘 要 改革开放以来，随着我国所有制的改革和产业结构的调整，一个不同于传统的工人、农民和干部阶层的新社会阶层开始形成，并不断壮大。而随着新社会阶层的不断壮大，其有序政治参与对我国民主政治的发展具有十分重要的意义；然而，新社会阶层本身的不足及其面临的客观环境决定了其在政治参与过程中存在着一些亟待解决的问题。本文依据公民政治参与的基本理论，主要从三部分系统的分析了我国目前新社会阶层政治参与的现状。第一部分阐述了新社会阶层的形成及其主要特征，主要介绍了新社会阶层形成的时代背景、概念及其组成，新社会阶层自身的特征。第二部分对新社会阶层政治参与的现状和政治参与过程中面临的困境作了介绍，主要包括新社会阶层政治参与的基本途径、基本态度及其政治参与过程中呈现的不足。第三部分介绍了提升我国当前新社会阶层政治参与水平的基本举措，主要从改善新社会阶层政治参与面临的客观环境和新社会阶层本身的不足两方面阐述。 关键词：新社会阶层；政治参与；困境；对策 Abstract A new social class has came into being and grown stronger and stronger because of the reform of our country’s ownership and the adjustment of industrial structure since the reform and opening up, which is different from the traditional worker, peasant and cadres classes. The orderly political participation of the new class is very important to our country’s democratic politics development; however, the shortcomings of the new social class itself and the objective environment it is faced determine that there are still some problems which need to be solved fast. Based on the basic theory of citizens political participation, this essay mainly analyzes the present situation of new class political participation systematically from three parts. The first part expounds the formation of new social class and its major characteristics, which mainly introduces the new social strata formation background, concept and its composition, new social stratas own characters. The second part introduces the status of the new social class political participation and the dilemma facing it during the political participation process, which mainly includes the basic approaches, basic attitudes and present shortcomings in the process of political participation. The third part mainly introduces the basic measures to improve the new social class political participation, which mainly introduces in the following two sides: improving the objective environment facing the new social class and correcting their shortcomings.
