江铃全顺后驱动桥性能试验系统设计 摘要 驱动桥由传动装置、主减速器、差速器、车轮和驱动桥壳等组成，驱动桥位于传动系的末端，是汽车整车中主要总成之一，它兼为整车的传动系、行驶系和制动系等中的一个主要环节，也影响着整车的诸多性能。而汽车试验是保证产品性能、提高产品质量和市场竞争力的重要手段。为满足驱动桥的制动性能、噪声性能、差速性能测试的要求，本文对汽车的驱动桥试验台进行了总体阐述和设计。 第一章绪论部分，阐述了课题所研究的意义，介绍了驱动桥试验台发展现状和趋势，以及课题在研究过程中所要完成的内容。 第二章驱动桥试验台的设计。本章首先阐述总体设计方案，确定了电气系统，液压系统以及数据采集系统的设计方案。然后，逐步对各个系统进行讲解，最后得出系统总体方案。 第三章电气控制系统设计。本章分别对电气系统的设计过程进行了详细叙述。 第四章检测结果与分析。对实验所采集的数据进行分析处理，最后得出结果。 第五章结论。是对本论文所研究内容的一个总结和概括。 关键词：驱动桥； 试验台； 性能检测数据采集 THE SYSTEM OF PERFORMANCE TESTER FOR DRIVING AXLE OF JIANGLING ABSTRACT Drive axle is made of the transmission, main reducing gearbox, differential device, wheels, it is the major component of the driving system and the braking system of the vehicle, it also affects many properties. the system of performance tester is to improve the quality and performance of the product. the paper includes design of the system of performance tester . The first chapter is the introduction of the thesis. It includes the significance of the project, the development and trend of the text, and what we should do during the process. The second chapter is the design of the system performance of the drive axle,it includes Electrical System,Hydraulic system and Data Acquisition System ,and then, resolve each of the systems, and obtain the overall program of the System Performance of the Drive axle. The third chapter is the design of the Electrical System. It includes the process of the Electrical System were carried out. The fourth chapter analysis the data of the text, and get the result.
