毕业设计（论文） 智能电网通讯调度的研究 2011年06月 南 京 摘 要 随着社会的发展，人类发展面临着越来越多的挑战。而能源发展发展面临的第一挑战，是以可再生能源逐步代替化石能源，建造创新的能源使用体系，以日益完善的信息技术彻底改造现有的能源利用体系，最大限度的开发电网的能源效率，智能电网应运而生。 调度环节是智能电网六大环节(发电、输电、变电、配电、用电和调度)之一，与其他5个环节相互配合，主要包括省级及以上的调度和地区级的电网调度，它指导电力系统的整体运行，负责系统内重要操作和事故的处理。作为电力系统的中枢神经，调度自动化系统的性能高低对电网的安全经济运行起着重要作用。 随着智能电网研究的不断深入，传统的电网调度系统面临着巨大的挑战，实时性和合理性越来越不能满足现代化的电网运行需求。因此，我们迫切需求功能更为强大和智能化的调度自动化系统，而Agent及由其构成的多智能系统则能很好的满足这一社会性的需求。 关键词：智能电网，调度，agent多智能系统 Abstract With the development of society, human development faces more challenges. While the first challenge facing energy development is making renewable energy gradually replace fossil energy, building innovative energy use system to increasingly perfect information technology transform the existing energy utilization system, the development of the maximum power energy efficiency, smart grid arises at the historic moment. Scheduling link is one of smart grid’s six links (substation, power generation, transmission, distribution and utilization and scheduling), it coordinates with other five links, which mainly include provincial and district level above the scheduling and dispatch of power system. It guides the whole running in the system, and it is an important operating and accident treatment. As the central nervous system, power system performance of dispatching automation system for grid security level of economic operation plays an important role. With the deepening of the research of intelligent power grid, the traditional grid dispatching system is facing enormous challenges, real-time and rationality cannot satisfy the growing demand of modern grid operating. Therefore, we demand a dispatching automation system with more powerful and intelligent function, and Agent and by its forms the intelligence system, can meet this social needs very well.
