Based on the basic knowledge of automobile spare parts, spare parts in automobile 4S shops and spare parts warehouse management role, task and significance, focusing on the investigation of the spare parts warehouse management of Liupanshui Zhongxiang automobile trade BYD shop. Based on this, this paper focuses on this home, purchasing, inventory of spare parts division, planning to do a series of optimization.In view of the shortcomings of the 4S store of spare parts management, this paper puts forward some reasonable optimization method.
