摘 要本设计为天津市某办公楼空调系统，拟为之设计合理的中央空调系统，为室内工作人员提供舒适的工作环境。系统采用风机盘管为主承担空调房间的冷负荷与热负荷，每个房间的吊顶内安置一到二个暗装风机盘管。新风则通过独立的新风管道直接送入房间。新风机组吊顶安装于走廊里，每一层楼放置一台或两台新风机组负担该层所有空调房间的新风，该空调系统的优点是占用建筑面积少，可集中供冷和供热。同时各末端装置有独立的开关和调节功能，各房间的温度可独自调节与控制，且防止了空气的交叉感染。设计内容包括：空调冷负荷的计算；空调系统的划分与系统方案的确定；冷源的选择；空调末端处理设备的选型；风系统的设计与计算；室内送风方式与气流组织形式的选定；水系统的设计、布置与水力计算；风管系统与水管系统保温层的设计；消声防振设计等内容。本设计依据有关规范考虑节能和舒适性要求，设计的空调系统采用风机盘管——新风系统。关键字：办公楼；风冷热泵；风机盘管——新风系统AbstractThis design system for air conditioning in an office building in Tianjin, is proposed for the design of central air conditioning system, for Interior provides comfortable working environment for staff. Air supply unit ceiling was installed in the hallway, each floor place a burden on one or two pieces of fresh air handling units of the fresh air for air conditioning in all the rooms, the air conditioning system has the advantage of occupying an area of small, central cooling and heating. All the terminal units with independent switches and adjustment, the room temperature can be adjusted independently and control, and prevent cross-infection of the air. Design content including: air conditioning cold load of calculation; air conditioning system of divided and system programme of determines; cold source of select; air conditioning end processing equipment of selection; wind system of design and calculation; indoor sent wind way and airflow organization of selected; water system of design, and layout and hydraulic calculation; wind tube system and pipes system insulation layer of design; muffler anti-vibration design, content. This design was based on the relevant specifications with consideration of energy saving and comfort requirements, design using fan-coil air conditioning system – fresh air system.Keywords: Office building;
