CHAPTER 4: MATERIAL CONTROL 第4章：材料管理 4.0 Scope 4.0 范围 This Chapter describes the requirements to control materials used for Code Items fabrication except welding materials whose control requirements is described in Chapter 7 to assure that they are in compliance with the Code. 本章叙述用于制造规范产品的材料控制要求，焊接材料按第7章焊材控制, 以此确保材料符合规范。 4.1 Requisitions and Purchase Specifications 4.1.1 The Material Requisition (Exhibit 4-1), and Purchase Specification, if necessary, shall be prepared, reviewed and approved as described in Paragraph 3.3.1 of Chapter 3. 4.1请购和采购技术条件 4.1.1 “材料请购单”（样表4-1）, 如需要时还包括材料采购技术条件, 应按第3章第3.3.1段所述编制、审核、批准。 4.1.2 The Material Requisition and Purchase Specification (when used)shall show the detailed specification, such as applicable Code Edition and Addenda, Ordering information(including type or grade) as per Material Specification, applicable supplementary requirements, e.g. impact requirement, certificate of MTR/CTR/CMTR/CC. 4.1.2材料请购单和适用的采购技术条件应表明详细的技术资料，如适用规范的版本及增补，符合材料要求的采购信息（含类型或等级），适用的补充要求，例如冲击要求，材料试验报告/认可的试验报告/合格材料试验报告/合格证书等。 4.1.3 Purchase Requisitions for materials to be used in Code Section Ⅷ Division 2 Code Items shall include the special requirements of that Division.
