Confidential * Confidential * OPENING ACTIVITY - Timing: ~10 minutes Trainer Notes: Instruct the class to complete the associated activity (“What Does ‘Good’ Look Like?”) in their workbooks. Give them 5 minutes to write down their thoughts and then spend another 5 minutes discussing their answers as a class. Capture themes (recurring answers) on a whiteboard or poster board.
