The designs main basis is Jilin Chemical Industrial Company Limited 104 - styrene plant parameters, and according to the natural environment of Jilin City, the source of raw materials, transport, power supply, and so on the actual situation.After the simulation of its PRO Ⅱ software obtained the set of process equipment design .To complete the entire process of the material balance, the styrene separation tower (T0403) for the strict terms of equipment,.The top condenser carried out a detailed calculation and selection, then a preliminary product design of bottom reboilers, pumps and the backflow cans.
