县域经济发展中的金融支持研究 摘 要 县域经济是指在县域范围内以城镇为中心，以农村为基础和各种经济成分有机构成的一种区域性经济。它是国民经济运行和发展的重要基础，也是联系城市与农村的纽带。县域经济与县域金融是相互依存、相互促进的关系，两者密不可分。金融支持县域经济发展涉及金融领域众多方面的内容，但当前主要矛盾是信贷资金需求得不到满足，因此本文将研究内容主要集中在对县域银行类金融机构提供的信贷业务分析上。本文以现代金融发展理论及其研究方法为指导，分析了我国县域经济发展中金融支持的现状、差距及其金融支持不足的危害，揭示了造成县域金融抑制的制度基础及其它根源，以实现县域金融资源的优化配置和促进县域经济发展。 全文设计六个部分内容，第一部分为导论，主要介绍论文研究背景、选题目的及意义国外研究动态综述、本文的研究思路和方法、研究内容与框架等。第二部分为县域经济发展中金融支持的理论分析，主要探讨金融及其功能，金融发展和农村金融方面具有代表性观点，为金融支持和农村金融发展寻找理论依据。第三部分从供给与需求方面分析县域经济和县域金融的发展现状及特点，揭示其特征及缺陷。第四部分为金融支持县域经济发展的困境与问题。第五部分为完善县域金融支持体系的思路、对策等。第六部分为结束语。对本文研究作以总结并提出需要进一步研究的问题。 关键词：县域经济，县域金融，金融支持，政策建议 FINANCIAL SUPPORT FOR COUNTY ECONOMY DEVELOPMENT ABSTRACT The county economy is to point to in the county range to town as the center, in the rural areas and all kinds of economic component based organic component of a regional economy.
