Japan is able to achieve economic take-off in a relatively short time, mainly due to Japans corporate culture. Japanese corporate culture which is characterized by home for the concept, team spirit and humanism, has become a successful representative of the East corporate culture. We should learn from the successful experience of Japanese corporate culture and draw the essence of Chinese traditional culture to realize the unity of enterprise culture and form. For each enterprise, the subject of corporate culture is to coordinate the changes in the membership of business, the consumer demands, and the challenges from internal to external environment with the business goals in order to enhance its competitiveness at home and abroad. Therefore, every Japanese company has its own unique and distinctive corporate culture, has its own characteristics business goals, value systems, codes of conduct, management principles, and so on.
