What Talk Show is, and how Talk Show hosts achieve the effect of the program, and what the language features of hosts are? According to the expressions of the hosts home and abroad, the paper makes a preliminary study on language features of talk show hosts. Talk show hosts pay particular attention to their pronunciation and intonation. They often use polite words, “we”-the plural forms of the first-person and modal verb.
