PAGE PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 5 三 江 学 院 本科毕业设计（论文） 题 目 机 票 预 订 管 理 信 息 系 统 院（系） 专业 学 号 学生姓名 指导教师 起讫日期 设计地点 PAGE I 摘 要：航空运输现在已经逐渐成为我国运输事业的重要手段，但是对于航空运输来说，天气或人为的种种的因素，会给航空机票的预定和退订带来困难，特别是对于机票的预定和退订的条理性、及时性和准确性，也同样带来巨大的困难。对以上的问题，完全可以建立一套完整的航空公司机票预定系统，来对航班信息进行录入、查询、订票、退票等日常管理工作，尽量少的人员介入和数据冗余，以简练实用为基础，方便旅客对机票进行查询、预订和退订，实现信息管理计算机化，提高工作效率和信息化水平。 本系统的开发目的通过分布在全国各主要城市的该航空公司的营业网点为顾客提供航班查询，机票航班时刻表、查询机票可用信息和机票折扣信息、购买以及退票的服务。顾客通过Internet可以查询所有机票信息,并通过WEB就可以订票。建立一个能够方便旅客订票, 航空公司快捷轻松地为旅客提供预订票服务。 关键词：航空运输，数据冗余，订票服务 Abstract：Air transport now has become an important means of transport enterprises of our country, but for air transport speaking, the weather or man-made of all sorts of factors, will give airline ticket reservation and unsubscribe difficult, especially for ticket reservation and unsubscribe clear-headedly, timeliness and accuracy, also bring great difficulties.
