西苑综合办公设计 摘要 本工程是百色市西苑综合办公楼 ，共6层，第一层层高3.9米、其余层层高3.6米，总高22.8米，为钢筋混凝土框架结构。本框架抗震等级为三级，抗震设防烈度为7度。 本设计包括建筑设计和结构设计，结构设计主要对⑨轴抗震设计，底部剪力法水平地震荷载作用大小水平荷载作用下结构内力计算竖向荷载作用下的结构内力找出最不利内力配筋计算并绘图。此外还进行了楼梯Design 0f the Tall University Building 0f Xi YUAN at in Baise City Abstract: This project is to design the Tall University Building at in Baise City.The building is of a multi-layer reinforced concrete frame. It has six stories, the height of the first story is 3.9 meters ,the others is 3.6 meters and the whole building is 22.8 meters.Anti-seismic grade of the structure is 3,and its seismic fortification intensity is 7. The architectural and structural designs of the building.The major purpose of the design is to do the anti-seismic design in the longitudinal frames of axis 9.According to the structural scheme, the horizontal seismic force can be got by way of the bottom-shear force method. The internal forces under the horizontal loads are analysied in terms of D value method and the internal forces under the vertical loads are calculated by means of second moment distribution method. One set of the most adverse internal forces of the frame structure are found out after internal forces combination, which will be the basis of protracting the reinforcing drawings of the components.Moreover,the lateral deformation of the structure, the floor designs of the standard layer and the roof layer、the stairs and the foundation are also be approached by calculating and anaylsing.
