In accordance with Article 1 of the Convention Concerning the Protection of the World Cultural and Natural Heritage,it1 shall be considered as cultural heritage that has outstanding value in the whole world from the historical,artistical or scientific point.In this case,it is shown that the Mai-Tocao temple complex, one of the most famous religious and archaeological sites in the world, is located near the modern Rantanian-Aprophian border. Besides,today, Mai-Tocao consists of a complex of six small stone buildings and one central temple. Over 500,000 tourists visit the site each year, including tens of thousands of Aprophian and Rantanian nationals, who regard the site as central to their cultural heritage.It can be seen that the temple have a big effect on the whole world from cultural point. b.In addition, in 1986, Aprophe proposed that the Mai-Tocao site be inscribed on the World Heritage List.At the same time,they sought for the Rantanian opinion,acquired their recognition about the temples sovereignty and support about the application to the World Heritage List.As buildings inscribed on the World Heritage List,the Temple of Mai-Tocao temple should be treated conforming the related law about the world cultural heritage.
