WHAT QUESTIONS TO ASK. 应询问的问题。
When you meet the client, a firm handshake and exchange of business card is the first step. Ensure no disturbance or interruption while you conduct the business discussion. Offers the client some refreshment. Let the client describes his requirements. Then ask the right questions.
当你见客人,应首先与客人握手交换名片,保证在谈话时不会有任何干扰。让客人谈自己的要求。然后询问以下问题:
What kind of function do you plan to organize? 您打算举办何种活动?
What is the date of the function? 活动日期是什么时候?
What time will the function be? What is the duration of the function?
活动要持续多长时间?具体的活动时间是何时?
How many guests will be invited for the function? (expected/guarantee)
参加活动的人数是多少?(预计最多人数/保证人数)
How much do you want to spend per person? 每人的消费标准时多少?
What types of guests are coming? 参加活动的是些何种客人?
Any VIP guests coming? 有无贵宾要参加?
Can you explain something about the occasion of the function?
可否大致讲一下活动的情况?
Any other general information?还有无其它要求?
It is always very interesting to get more background information about the function you have to assist with. This will enable you to have a thorough understanding of how the guest would want to experience his/her function.
尽可能多的得知关于将举行宴会活动的背景情况是非常有趣的事情。它会使你更加了解客人希望活动所达到的效果。
After you have gathered the above basic information from the client, ask questions based on the checklist for that particular type of function.
当你已从客人那里获知以上信息,就可以按照活动项目表询问有关问题。
