B: Happy birthday to you. C: Where’s the apple? D: It’s on the chair. 预习感知 : 1. know the words: On, the, box, under, bedroom, park, swim, lake, snow 2.preview the first text , unit 1 activity 1 ★学习指导 Unit1 It’s on your desk. (a) write the words “in”, “on” and “under” on the board. (b)bring a box into the classroom or draw one on the board. Now put or draw a pen on top of the box. Say,“The pen is on the box.”have the students repeat the sentence .Follow the same procedure for “in”and “under”. (c) Tell all the students to put a pencil and a book on their desk. Say that you are going to tell them where to place the pencil. Examples: T: The pencil is on the book . Ss: (put the pencil on the book.) T: The pencil is under the book. Ss: (put the pencil on the book.) (d) Do a lot of examples . Activity1. Listen and point Before doing ,get the students to look at the pictures. Ask questions in Chinese ,e.g. What’s on the table in picture 1? … After doing , teach the word “present ”. Tell the students when someone gives us sth. Or does sth. for us ,we should say , ‘Thank you. ’ Put four or five different objects in separate plastic bags. Activity 2: Listen and say. Explain that ‘Happy birthday to you’ is the first line of the birthday song. Activity 3: Look and say. Place some objects on your desk. Place a chai
