The operation mechanism is a more complex institution of multiple degree of freedom, which restrict working range and flexible capable of teamwork. the topic study the operation mechanism of humid concrete sprayer in-depth ,and anlehnungs the design advanced technology of humid concrete sprayer from The elephant group of German and Aliva Sika-PM500, and designed new operation mechanism. Above all, we research the average height and structure of the tunnel and determine humid concrete sprayer’s working range，then analysis the humid concrete sprayer’s overall work system，on the basis come up with the design proposal of the operation mechanism。Secondly according to the working range ,we make sure the length of each working arm, the material of operation mechanism and estimate the quality of each working arm，and on this basis make sure the thick and the sectional dimension of each working arm .then according to the totilting range and rotation angle, making sure the Types and size of hydraulic cylinder. and check the intensity and rigidity of each working arm、the intensity of weld bead、the intensity of each oticplacode and so on.
