扁平内孔的消失模铸造工艺解决方案摘要??消失模铸造由于具有精确成型、近无余量的特点，符合铸件轻量化、精确化的发展趋势，且其具有材质不限、成本低、质量好、表面光洁、铸件组织致密、可实现大规模大批量生产的特点，故得到了广泛的应用。然而由于生产界对其认识还不够深刻，管理还不到位，给新技术的应用带来了麻烦，有些铸造缺陷层出不穷，防不胜防。对于一些含有扁平内孔的铸件，由于内孔处于白模的内表面，使得此处砂型的紧实性等往往不如白模的外表面砂子，最终成形铸件的质量不够理想。本次研究的重点就在于采取措施使得消失模铸件不仅外表面尺寸精度高，其内孔尺寸精度同样也要达到一定水平。首先，消失模铸件的质量和模具的表面处理有很大的关系。如，消失模表面涂料的选用合适与否与最终制成的成品件的质量有重大的关系。 其次，消失模铸造砂型的选择、砂子的紧实度和铸件内孔的砂处理等都与最终成品的质量有很大的关系。 关键词：消失模 扁平内孔 涂料AbstractBecause Lost Foam Casting（LFC）has the characteristics of precision forming, nearly no unwanted, conforms to the development trend of the lightweight, accurate casting, and it has unlimited material, low cost, good quality, smooth surface, casting characteristics of compact structure, can realize large-scale mass production, so it has been widely used. However, due to the understanding of manufacturing industry for it is not enough, management does not reach the designated position, also brought trouble to the application of new technologies, and some casting defects emerge in endlessly, small-scale operations.For some casting containing plat inner hole , because the inner hole is in the inner surface of die ，its makes here such as sand compactability often not better than the outside surface of the sand, eventually forming the quality of the casting is not ideal.Focus of this study is to take measures to make mold casting surface size not only high precision, which hole size accuracy as well as to achieve a certain level. First of all, the quality of die casting and mould surface treatment has a lot to do. , such as, the selection of mold surface coating is proper and eventually made the quality of the finished products have a significant relationship.
