中文摘要 目前我国心理健康教育受到了越来越多的人的关注,在中小学中已经普遍开展,但中职生心理健康教育相对薄弱,没有得到应有的重视,存在着许多误区。 中职生的心理健康状况不容乐观,在学习心理、个性心理、人际关系心理、自我认识心理、情绪情感心理及择业心理等方面都存在着诸多问题。导致这些问题的原因是多方面的,既受到社会不良风气、不良信息、社会对中职生的歧视和人才使用上的偏见等大环境的浸染,也与中职校在中职生心理健康教育方式方法上的某些失误和偏差紧密相联;既受到家庭结构、家庭氛围特别是父母亲的教养态度、教育行为的影响,也与中职生自身个体心理发育不成熟息息相关。 加强对中职生的心理健康教育刻不容缓。具体途径有:提高认识,转变观念,努力营造和谐的中职生社会心理生态环境,构建科学高效的中职校心理健康教育机制,建立稳定的中职生心理健康家庭保障体系,最终形成一种以社会需要为基准,以学校教育为主导,以家庭教育为保障的自我教育心理系统。 关键词:中 职 生 心 理 健 康 现 状 原 因 教 育 策略 Abstract At present,the education in psychology health is paid more and more respect to,but the education in psychology health for the students in secondary vocational schools is rather weak and it does not get much recognition, There are many mistakes. Situations of the psychology health in the secondary vocational schools are not worth of being optimistic.A lot of problems exist in their psychology of study,personality,personal relationships,self-realization,sex, emotion,choosing jobs and etc.The causes result in many aspects. The students are influenced by such enormous environment as the bad society custom,bad information,looking down upon them from our society and the prejudice on the using of the talented persons.They are also connected with some faults and deflections of teaching ways and teaching methods in which the vocational schools practice their students in their psychology health.They are affected not only their family structure,their family atmosphere especially their parents teaching attitudes and teaching behaviors,but also the immature psychological growth of their own.It is urgent to enhance the education in psychology of the students in secondary vocational schools. The specified approaches are improving people’s cognitions;transferring people’s ideas;trying our best to construct the harmoniously social psychology existing environment;building scientific and efficient mechanism of education of psychology health at school center;Performing a stable,home and secure system of psychology health of the
