Objective 目标： This Guidance Note describes what to do if there is an accident involving guests, staff or other visitors (including contractors). Procedure 程序： 1. Visit the scene of the accident or the injured person. 访问事故现场或伤员。 Note: In some hotels it may not be apparent where the incident has occurred.
