Along with the global demand falling and trade protectionism rising, there is more and more anti-dumping cases. China has become the largest country of the world’s export products from anti-dumping investigation. Anti-dumping has seriously affected the development of China’s export trade and hindered Chinese enterprises overseas development strategy. Respond to this phenomenon actively and research anti-dumping strategy will be the important task of our country trade. Therefore, this article gives a brief introduction to origin, definition of dumping and anti-dumping firstly. It also analysis of characteristics, the trend of development, country distribution and product structure of major countries’ anti-dumping against China. This paper studies the influence of China economy which is caused by anti-dumping. Then formulate the corresponding anti-dumping export trade policies and countermeasures opinions for our country government, industry associations, export ent
