构建服务型政府背景下的工商行政管理变革——以北京市工商局为例--硕士论文 In the serve-oriented government revolution, the Administration of Industry and Commerce should take steps in order to reinforce public service, and to accommodate the changing economic situation. Therefore, they should make effort to find the methods and paths to accomplish the obligation according to their own conditionsThis article starts with the theories of serve-oriented government, then explains the reasons and problems of establishing serve-oriented government for Administrations of Industry and Commerce, and summarizes some their experience before. With the experience of Beijing Administration of Industry and Commerce BAIC, it brings forward some suggestions, shows a pattern which concentrates on grid-management, building service system, spreading administrative guidance, and make public productsThe conclusions mostly come from the experience of BAIC.
