The use of the Android platform to a new generation of smart phones to hardware devices, the safety of law enforcement and application of innovative design software, closely monitor the safety of law enforcement officers daily inspections of the process and content, with tips and record GPS positioning, wireless communication via 3G network, to achieve a terminal and Internet safety information systems, and access to relevant information and data support.
