土壤微生物分离实验报告 周五 第二组 05级生科基地班 刘蕾 孙飞 卢永峰 鲁薪安 齐永 闪波 【摘要】利用分离纯化微生物的基本操作技术对土壤中的微生物进行分离与纯化，根据菌落形态观察、染色鉴定以及一系列的生理生化试验的结果通过查阅《伯杰氏系统细菌学手册》对照种属特征最终判断所分离纯化的细菌所属的属。 【abstract】By several methods and technique, we got the pure cultures of two kinds of bacteria which were separated from soil.
