中国矿业大学毕业设计答辩及综合成绩 答 辩 情 况 提 出 问 题 回 答 问 题 正 确 基本 正确 有一般性错误 有原则性错误 没有 回答 答辩委员会评语及建议成绩： 答辩委员会主任签字： 年 月 日 学院领导小组综合评定成绩： 学院领导小组负责人： 年 月 日 基于组态软件的洗煤厂监控软件的设计 摘 要 基于InTouch的跳汰机监控系统是基于InTouch组态软件基础上，通过图形组态设计的一个小型DCS系统。该系统依托计算机技术、网络通信技术、现代控制技术及图形显示技术等，将洗煤厂跳汰机管理、监视等功能集为一体，称为一个小型分布式监控系统。 本论文针洗煤厂跳汰机运行的原理和工艺要求，进行了监控软件的方案设计，并使用组态软件InTouch制作了监控画面。论文给出了监控系统界面开发的具体步骤与制作的基本过程，对软件的图形界面开发制作方法、实现方法等方面进行了详细分析。 跳汰机自动监控系统实现了洗煤厂跳汰机系统的远程监控，通过对跳汰机的组态监控实现了生产管理的实时性，对生产过程监控的可溯性，将跳汰机的现场管理提高到一个新的层次。 关键词：组态软件 ；洗煤厂；跳汰机；InTouch ABSTRACT Based on the jig InTouch monitoring system is based on the basis of InTouch configuration software configuration design, through the graphics of a small DCS system.
