摘 要自2005年7月21日我国实行以市场供求为基础，参考一篮子货币进行调节有管理的浮动汇率制度以来，人民币对美元的升值就一直很快。人民币升值对湖南工程机械行业影响很大，湖南工程机械企业经历着出口收入锐减，出口毛利降低的双层打压。笔者认为，深入分析人民币升值对湖南工程机械出口贸易形成的具体冲击和影响，探讨如何采取应对策略，消除和降低人民币升值对出口机械行业的负面影响具有十分重要的意义。本文首先对人民币升值的贸易效应和作用机制进行分析；其次以湖南工程机械行业为例，分析了在人民币升值的趋势下，湖南工程机械出口行业受到的影响和冲击；第三从政府和企业两个层面上提出了出口行业应对人民币升值问题的对策。本文的研究可以为湖南工程机械出口行业，乃至国内其他出口行业应对人民币升值预期的冲击提供一定的理论支持。本文在分析方法上，贯彻定性分析和定量分析、理论研究与实证分析相结合的原则，以理论分析和定量分析为基础，对人民币升值对出口企业产生影响的机理进行分析；综合运用定量分析、数据对比、逻辑分析等分析方法来研究人民币升值问题及拟应采取的对策。关键词：人民币 汇率 工程机械出口ABSTRACTSince July 21， 2005 our country implement based on market supply and demand， since the reference to a basket of currencies managed floating exchange rate system， the renminbis appreciation against the dollar has been very fast. The appreciation of RMB has a great influence on Hunan engineering machinery industry， Hunan engineering machinery enterprises have export revenues， export gross profit decreased. The author thinks， in-depth analysis of the appreciation of the renminbi specific shock formation of Hunan engineering machinery export trade and influence， discusses how to take countermeasures， eliminate and reduce the negative effects of RMB appreciation on the export of machinery industry has a very important significance.This paper first analyzes the trade effect and mechanism of RMB appreciation； secondly to Hunan engineering machinery industry as an example， analyzes the trend in the appreciation of the renminbi， by the Hunan construction machinery export industry influence and impact； two of third from the government and the enterprise level and puts forward the Countermeasures of the export industry under the appreciation pressure of rmb.
