跨境电商进口商品监管问题与对策 摘要 现阶段电子商务在我国的发展势不可挡，消费者逐渐接受并习惯这种新兴的消费模式。使其成为拉动外贸发展政府转型升级的又一增长点。这样的全新的业态颠覆了传统的外贸生产理念以及经营管理模式。由于保税区对于跨境电商进口模式的优惠政策，使其具备了配送时间短、快速交易等特点，此类模式具有较强核心竞争力慢慢演变为跨境电商主流模式。随着此类新型贸易方式发展的逐渐深入，质量安全监管的力度和难度也随之增加，有关政府部门即将迎接新的挑战和机遇。本文首先介绍了跨境电商进口商品问题，然后论述其代表的跨境电商平台和跨境电商产品质量及监管问题,最后对如何实现监管提出建议和对策。关键词: 跨境电商，商品监管，跨境物流，电商人才 Abstract: at the present stage of development of e-commerce in our country gradually a trend which cannot be halted, consumers accept the new consumption patterns and habits. So that it has become the development of foreign trade and development of government transformation and upgrading of another growth point. This new format to subvert the traditional concept of foreign trade and business management model. The free trade zone for cross-border electricity supplier import mode of preferential policies, which has the characteristics of short delivery time, fast trading, this model has a strong core competitiveness slowly evolved into the mainstream mode of cross-border electricity supplier. With the gradual deepening of the development of this new type of trade, the intensity and difficulty of quality and safety supervision is also increasing, the relevant government departments are about to meet new challenges and opportunities. This article first introduced the issue of cross-border electricity suppliers, and then discuss the cross-border electronic business platform and its representatives, the product quality and regulatory issues of cross-border electricity suppliers, and finally on how to implement the recommendations and countermeasures.
