Pegatron/Unihan QBR OPERATION SOP 一 Announcement of Pegatron/Unihan QBR Pegatron computers initiated a strategic business plan,QBR(Quarterly Business Review), to better manage our suppliers in Pegatron’s supplier chain.QBR is set to evaluate our suppliers’ performance in terms of five indexes: Quality, Cost, Delivery,Service and Technology(short of Q、C、D、S、T). For those who not only pass but also excel Pegatron’s expectations in our reviews, they are considered to be potential candidates for long-term partnership of Pegatron computers. Also, they are likely to be awarded as superb suppliers in our annually suppliers’ rewards. LRR最終得分(Target)相關詳細說明如下: ***計算公式:最終得分(Target)=實際批退率/目標批退率 *100%.(備注:為使Q部份之LRR項目評分針對不同料別廠商做到客觀公正,在設定LRR目標值時,Pegatron/Unihan會依據不同類別料件,分別設定不同LRR目標值). QC Dept. QBR Check Points M1: LRR at IQC(09-11類為例): ***該項目詳細區間得分如下: QC Dept. QBR Check Points M2: Loss rate at P/L: ? 供應商所交料件的漏失率. 漏失率越高,該項得分越低.根據最終得分(Target)所落在的區間,供應商Loss Rate的得分亦得出.
