本 科 毕 业 设 计 (论 文) 金属粉末压块机液压及控制系统设计 Metal Powder Briquetting Machine Hydraulics and Control System Design 学 院： 机械工程学院 专业班级： 机械设计制造及其自动化 (数控操作与维护) D数控101 学生姓名： 学 号： 指导教师： 2014年06月 毕业设计（论文）中文摘要 金属粉末压块机液压及控制系统设计 摘 要：目前由于机械加工的技术条件有限导致金属浪费现象严重，与此同时对废弃金属的回收利用很少，因此废金属对环境的污染已不容忽视。随着经济增长方式以及人们的环保意识的改变，对废金属处理设备要求越发苛刻。 现在国内外有许多研究单位在研究。我国起步较晚，但成果显著。 PLC和液压相结合,该设计很大程度的改善了机器的性能，降低了成本,提高了生产效率。 各种厚度在3mm以下的废铁屑、废金属边角料等金属废料在常态下都可使用本压块机。铁屑等冷压成块状后，通过使用快送装置，可以大幅度的提高工作效率。 本机采用机电一体化的设计思想，操作简单方便。 关键词：液压；废金属；压块机；回收 毕业设计（论文）外文摘要 Metal powder briquetting machine hydraulics and control system design Abstract: At present due to mechanical processing technology conditions of limited metal waste is serious, at the same time very little for scrap metal recycling, so scrap metal pollution to the environment have notes allow to ignore. With the change of the economic growth pattern and the environmental protection consciousness of people, increasingly demanding of scrap metal processing equipment. Now there are many research institutes and companies at home and abroad in the research of metal powder block making machine. Although research metal powder block making machine in China started relatively late, but now it is already a remarkable achievements. Central south university of technology development of copper aluminum dust briquetting machine is combining PLC and hydraulic pressure, the design greatly improve the performance of the machine, reduce the cost and improve the production efficiency. Various thickness under 3 mm of scrap iron, scrap metal scrap metals such as waste can be used both in normal block making machine. Iron filings, etc after cold pressing block, by using a delivery device, can greatly improve the work efficiency.
