分油机工作原理及故障排除 [摘要] 本文从原理入手,重点介绍了包括滑油分油机的控制报警系统、分油系统以及配水系统的工作原理，对滑油分油机的马达过载报警故障原因进行多方面的分析排除，最终找到故障原因。由于主机滑油超过更换时间，油品变差，排渣间隔时间相对过长，做为航行当中应急处理，暂时调整参数，缩短排渣间隔时间，并在靠港后及时更换滑油，彻底解决了滑油分油机报警故障。 [关键词] 滑油分油机；控制原理；配水原理；电机过载；排渣故障 Lube-oil Separator Principle and Trouble Eliminating [Abstract] It starts from the principle, introduces including the control﹠alarm system, the separating system and water distributing system in brief， analyzing of the causes of the malfunction that L.O. separator motor overload alarm from the various aspects, and ultimately find the cause of the malfunction. The main engine lube-oil is found more than time for replacement, which has been deteriorated. Then the intervals sludge discharge time is relatively long. We temporarily adjust parameters, shortening the interval sludge discharge time, and timely replaced of lube-oil in port, which eventually resolved the alarm failure.
