厂房混凝土浇筑施工合同 CONTRACT OF CONCRETE POURING PROJECT 签署日期 Date of Signature 甲方：（发包方） Party A: (Employer) 乙方：（承包方）Party B; ( Contractor) 鉴于甲方将厂房混凝土浇筑施工项目工程的施工委托给有能力的承包商完成； 鉴于乙方系有工程建设资质的承包商，愿意依照本合同条款的约定完成该项目的施工； 为顺利完成厂房混凝土浇筑施工项目工程施工，经双方协商一致，就乙方承包本项目的施工事宜签订本合同。 WHEREAS party A will make consignation of construction of concrete pouring project for the building of factory to the competent contractor for accomplishment; and WHEREAS party B is the competent contractor with the authorization of project construct, and like to complete this project under the provisions of this contract. For the purpose of successful accomplishment of the execution of concrete pouring project for the building of factory, this contract is concluded and entered into by and through mutual negotiation between parties hereto, NOW THEREFORE THIS CONTRACT WITNESSES that it is hereby agreed by and between the parties hereto as follows: 一、工程名称：Project Name 二、施工地点：Project Place 三、承包工作内容：Project Contents 按国家规范要求和甲方的施工方案施工，包括基础及主体结构（包括后浇管道井顶板、后浇洞、预制过梁、地沟及盖板、屋面墙及构架等）等混凝土浇捣、操平、养护、操作台搭拆，成品及半成品保护措施，混凝土机械安装；零星混凝土现场拌制；泵送系统堵管时的管道检修以及混凝土缺陷的修补。 Undertake the execution as State’s regulations and party A’s programme including concrete pouring/vibration, leveling, curing of concrete for the foundation and main structure consisting of post pouring pipe shaft roof, post pouring hole, precast lintel, trench and cover, wall and roof structure；and erection and removal of operation platform, protection of finished product and semi-finished product, installation of machinery, temporary concrete on-site, pipe repair for blocking pipe of pumping system, in addition to repair of concrete defect. 其具体项目如下：Particulars of Project as follows 混凝土泵就位，搭泵管架及接泵管等； Location of concrete pump, installation of pipe racks and connection of pipe and other works concerned. 凝土的下料和振捣密实及混凝土浇水养护； Materials of concrete, v
