Chapter 1 Introduction
Over the last decades, with the rapid development of science and technology as
well as the comprehensive society progress, man has entered an entirely new age of
knowledge economy. Learning to learn and Lifelong learning ability have become a
necessary condition for human survival and development. Learning can no longer be
