多功能麻将子加工机设计 摘 要 由于生产工艺落后，竹席价格不断上涨，竹席虽深受广大用户欢迎, 但要实现工业化生产还是有很大的难度，为了实现工业化生产，本课题以国内某厂麻将席生产线的冲条、切粒两个加工过程为研究对象,针对麻将子加工机进行了相关的机械、检测以及自动控制等方面的理论与技术研究，设计了基于机电一体化的高效、简易、价廉的多功能麻将子加工机，该加工机可以自动的完成对竹条的切割、打磨、制粒等一系列的动作，能有效地改善作业工人的劳动环境和减少工人的劳动强度，提高劳动生产率。课题利用SolidWorks这一三维设计软件作为辅助设计工具，建立了麻将子加工机的三维实体模型， 其可直接从创建的几何计算模型的质量属性，即通过输入零件的密度可自动计算出零件乃至装配体的质量、重心以及转动惯量，因此在设计计算过程中不必再进行盲目的估算，使得设计出来的加工机器能够更加优化。还使用AUTO CAD 软件，设计零件图。 关键词：SolidWorks；PLC；机械设计；生产线 Multifunctional mahjong son processor design ABSTRACT Due to production process behind, bamboo prices, bamboo is deeply user welcome, but to realize the industrialization production or have a lot of difficulty, in order to realize the industrial production this topic to a domestic factory mahjong table of the article, the production line at particle cutting two processing process as the research object，according to the correlation processor mahjong son of machinery, test and automatic control, and other aspects of the theory and technology research， based on the mechanical and electrical integration design of high efficiency, simple and cheap multi-function mahjong son processor，the processor can be complete to the cutting of bamboo, burnish, granulating, and a series of actions，can effectively improve the working environment and the exposed workers to reduce the labor intensity, improve the productivity of Labour. using the subject SolidWorks 3 d design software as auxiliary design tools, set up the mahjong son processor of the three-dimensional entity model, it can be directly from the establishment of the geometry of the calculation model of quality attributes, that is, through the density of input parts can automatically calculate the parts of the body and assembly quality, center of gravity and inertia, so in design calculation process dont have to blindly estimation, makes the processing machine designed to more optimization.also the use of AUTO CADSoftware, design drawing Keywords: SolidWorks; PLC; Mechanical design; Production
