Wu Dongyan Heilongjiang Institute of Technology 2010-06·Harbin  摘 要 测量和控制是工业生产过程中的重要参数，直接关系到产品的质量和效益。人工配料需要分别计算出各种物料的多少，然后从各个料仓中提取并放到电子称上称重，最后进行混合。在这个过程中，工人操作复杂，出错率高，称重无监测，生产数据不能被纪录等不能保证企业的生产工艺随着现代自动检测技术的发展、过程控制技术通讯技术的发展，智能电子配料系统也逐渐的发展起来。 本设计分为六部分：电子称重及运放，信号采集和模-数转换，按键功能的设定，液晶的显示，机械阀门和电机的控制，AT89S52中心处理器。通过设计的新型智能配料系统它具有去皮、清零、净重/毛重转换、过载显示及弱电源显示等功能。此电子配料称重系统最多可有8种物料同时进行配置，配料量、配料比可随意输入，配料次序均可由键盘设定，简单实用，通过LCD液晶直观显示，准确无误，方便记录。  ABSTRACT Measurement and control is an important parameter in the process of industrial production, directly related to product quality and efficiency.
