The non-ideal property will affect the application circuit. This paper uses the analysis method of classification to discuss the performance parameters of the non-ideal integrated operational amplifier, and the impact of performance parameters of the non-ideal integrated operational amplifier on different application circuit. First, this paper introduces the overview of the integrated operational amplifier, including integrated operational amplifier of the basic concept, internal structure, future prospect, development overview. Second, discussion and Analysis of some common performance parameters, including the common performance parameters of the basic definition, the value, and introduces their equivalent model in detail. At last, this paper discusses and analyses the influence to the performance of the application circuit by DC, low-frequency parameters and high-frequency parameters.
