金色港湾10#楼施工组织设计 学 院：城市建设学院 专 业 班：工程管理1002班 姓 名：刘志伟 学 号：20101231066 指导教师：贺瑶瑶 2014年 5月  金色港湾10#楼施工组织设计 Construction Management Design of 10# Building of Golden Harbor 摘 要 本设计名称为武汉市金色港湾10#楼施工组织设计。设计严格按照招标文件的规定和设计图纸、房屋建筑施工规范的要求，保证重点、统筹兼顾，根据施工现场的地质、地貌、气候等实际情况，结合施工力量和管理模式，本着以机械为主，人工施工为辅的施工方法，科学组织，充分发挥优势，达一流品质，创优质工程的原则编制。在施工组织设计中，先确定总的施工方案，明确施工工艺，在根据分部分项工程的特点，制定出每个分项工程的施工计划与关键技术；根据场地的实际地形，绘制出施工平面布置图；再计算施工过程的工程量和施工持续时间，绘制横道图，并根据实际情况提出了具体的保证进度计划实施的措施；质量和安全方面，制定了严格的技术、组织措施，针对施工项目中常见问题、重点问题进行了规划，建立相应的管理组织机构，以保证质量与安全计划得以很好的实现 Abstract This design name is the Construction Management Design of 10# Building of Golden Harbor. The construction organization design is established in strict accordance with the provisions of the bidding documentsand, design drawings and housing construction requirements, ensure that key, overall consideration, according to the actual situation of the construction site of machinery priority the geology, landforms and climate, combined with the construction of power and the management pattern, in line with construction methods of main machine construction supplemented by artificial construction, scientific organizations, and giving full play to advantage, the principle of high quality projects. In construction organization design, we first determine the construction scheme of the total, clear construction craft, in according to the characteristics of sub part of the project, to develop the construction plan and key technology of each sub project; according to the actual terrain, draw the construction layout; then calculate the construction process of the engineering and construction duration, drawing the gantt chart, finally complete the construction organization design.
