本科生（业余）毕业论文（设计） 地方电力网规划设计 学生：　　　　　　　　　　　　　　指导教师： 摘 要 电力系统是整个国民经济或能源系统的一个非常重要的子系统。电力系统规划在电力工业的建设中具有极其重要的地位，电力系统规划主要由电力负荷预测、电源规划和电网规划构成。电网规划又以负荷预测和电源规划为基础，在保证输电能力，满足各项技术指标的前提下使输电系统的费用最小。 本文根据地方电力网规划的要求，在对原始资料系统负荷、电量平衡分析的基础上，运用传统的规划方法，并结合优化规划的思想，从拟定的六种可行方案中，通过技术和经济的比较，选择出两个较优的方案作进一步的深入分析：从最大电压损耗、网络电能损耗、线路和变电站的一次投资及电力网的年运行费用等角度，详细的分析两个较优方案，以此确定最优规划设计。同时，基于最优设计方案，给出了潮流分布、运行特性、调压措施的选择及物资的统计。 基于电力网规划涉及到方方面面许多不确定的因素，在此设计中，采取了一定的简化假定，一定程度上消弱了优化思想的优势。但，预计随着规划理论的创新、技术条件的发展和设计经验的积累，终将形成成熟的“电力系统规划的专家系统”，从而有效加强规划的科学性。 关键词：电力系统 电网规划 电量平衡 Planning and design of local power network Student: Supervisor: Abstracts The power system is a very important subsystem of the whole national economy . The power system plan has very important positions in the construction of power industry ,which is formed mainly by power load prediction , power plan and electric wire netting plan . The electric wire netting planning to be planned for the foundation with load predicting and power Meet every prerequisite of technical indicator is it transmit electricity the systematic expenses are minimum to make in transmitting capacity of guaranteeing . This text is according to the request of planning of local power network , On the basis of analysing systematic load of the firsthand information and electric consumption balance , Use the traditional planning method , and combine the thought of optimizing planning , from six kinds of feasible schemes that are drafted, compared with the economic one through technology , choose to do further in-depth analysis in two more excellent schemes: From large voltage loss most, network electric energy loss, circuit and one investment and power network of transformer substation run expenses ,etc. angle every year, two more excellent schemes of detailed analysis, confirm optimum planning and design with this.
