毕 业 设 计 题目： BT--2000系列电池测试系统 主功率模块启动电路的设计 学生姓名： 学号： 专业班级： 指导教师： 企业导师： 二级学院： 2016 年 4 月 BT--2000系列电池测试系统 主功率模块启动电路的设计 摘要 BT--2000Arbin仪器公司的多功能电池测试系统，主要用于对各种电池、电池材料、电极的测试，以及产品质量检测。因为其对测试精度要求很高，尤其对测试结果的存储提出较高要求，因此，系统电源的设计尤其重要。在实际生产中主要的应用是对恒流、恒压充放电以及脉冲充放电等进行高精度的性能检测。本课题设计完成了一个电源系统的启动电路的设计。其中的基于超级电容器的断电保护系统，在设备中起延时保护作用。它以超级电容器为核心，由固态继电器、电压比较器和稳压电流源组成。系统实现了启动电路时开机和关机延时的保护作用，确保开机时主功率模块的电压缓缓上升；关机时继续为负载提供功率，延时片刻以便保存数据。本论文主要阐述了该电路的原理设计及系统实现过程。 关键词：BT--2000； BT - 2000 series battery testing system The design of the main power module start-up circuit Abstract BT - 2000 is Arbin instruments multi-function battery testing system, is mainly used for all kinds of batteries, battery materials, electrode test research as well as product quality inspection, because of its high accuracy requirement of the test, especially the store put forward higher requirements, the result of the test, therefore, the design of the power system is especially complex. The main application in practical production is of constant current, constant voltage charging and discharging and performance test of pulse charging and discharging of high precision. This topic design completed the circuit of a power supply system design. The power-off protection system based on super capacitor, delay in the equipment protection. It super capacitor as the core, by the solid state relay, voltage comparator and voltage current source. System has realized the start-up circuit of start-up and shutdown time delay protection, to ensure that the boot when the main power module edge higher voltage; Shutdown continues to provide power for the load, when the time delay for a moment in order to save the data. This thesis mainly expounds the principle of the circuit design and system implementation process.
