IT专业人才招聘求职网的设计与实现 摘 要：随着信息化的发展，互联网文化成为我们日常生活不可或缺的一部分，这一切的进步与发展离不开我们IT人才们的努力与奉献。然而，目前市场的招聘方式很难满足企业以及IT人才们的工作需求。专业的招聘网站使得招聘更加明确，工作量以及工作效率都会有很大的提高。 本系统采用基于Web的面向对象技术和模块化设计方法，采用Microsoft Visual Studio作为开发工具，后台数据库采用SQL数据库管理系统。通过对发布招聘信息的企业和寻找工作者信息的收集与发布，构造了一个企业和IT人才之间的网上工作平台。 该系统主要是针对企业和IT人才平台系统，系统主要实现以下功能：个人求职，职位搜索，求职服务中心，企业招聘，招聘服务中心，管理员数据统计和后台管理。 本系统的完成构建了一个联系企业和求职者的桥梁。可以实现企业、求职者和管理员对招聘网站的基本使用操作，使企业和求职者方便、有效的实现招聘人才和寻求职位，解决人才招聘网站的登录、投递简历、供求搜索等基本问题。 关键词：招聘网站；ASP.NET；SQL, JSP Design And Implementation of The Recruitment Site Abstract：With the development of information technology, Internet culture become an indispensable part of our daily life, all the progress and development cannot leave the IT talents are our efforts and dedication. , however, the current market recruitment methods are difficult to meet the job requirements of the enterprise and IT talents. Professional recruitment website makes hiring more clear, workload and work efficiency will be greatly improved. This system adopts the object-oriented technology and modularization design method based on the Web, using Microsoft Visual Studio as a development tool, background database using SQL server database management system. Through searching for release recruitment information of enterprises and workers information collection and release, constructs a online platform between the enterprises and IT personnel. The system is mainly for enterprises and IT personnel system platform, system mainly realize the following functions: personal job, job search, personal information, recruitment of the enterprise, the enterprise information management, the administrator data statistics and background management.
