摘 要目前商业银行混业经营已经成为一种全球趋势，在全球银行业经营模式中逐渐成为主流模式。同时，国内学者对于我国商业银行混业经营的看法也是比较一致的，认为混业经营是我国商业银行必走之路，只有通过混业经营才能更好的与国际接轨、才能更好的发展自身、更好的参与到未来的竞争当中去。本文通过对世界上发展混业经营模式发达国家成功案例的借鉴，来分析我国中信银行在如今混业经营趋势下的所选择的混业经营模式选择以及中信银行在发展金融控股公司模式下的混业经营道路上所面临的问题和相应的解决对策。本文主要是对中信银行沈阳分行作出具体分析的，由小及大，来确定中信银行在发展金融控股公司模式下所面临的问题，并且在此基础上提出相应的解决对策。本文一共分为五章。第一章为商业银行混业经营的基本概述；第二章为中信银行混业经营发展模式选择；第三章为中信银行发展金融控股公司模式的SWOT分析；第四章为中信银行在发展金融控股公司模式下所存在的问题；第五章为中信银行发展金融控股公司的发展对策。关键词：中信银行；混业经营；金融控股公司AbstractThe mixed management in commercial Banks has become a global trend, in the global banking business model has become the mainstream mode.
