Urbanization of Migrant Workers Under the New Normal

Abstract :Under the new normal ，the challenges of urbanization of migrant workers include that the
process of urbanization is apt to be more slowly ，the stability of urbanization is apt to be reduced ，and the
quality enhancement of urbanization is inclined to be more difficult． In order to respond to the challenges ，we
should improve the level of migrant workers human capital ，provide the information service which matches
with the supply and the demand ，and decrease the life cost of migrant workers ，which can promote the urbani-
zation of migrant workers to
