基于PLC防冻液生产线的控制系统设计实现毕业论文文章.doc

摘 要 本设计针对化工厂生产的现状和设计要求，将可编程序控制器（PLC）应用于防冻液生产线，以触摸屏为人机界面，通过串行总线读取反应罐的重量数据，根据设置，控制设备完成防冻液的生产过程的控制。通过合理的选择和设计，不但提高了生产效率、可维护性以及灵活性，并且提高了控制水平，使防冻液生产达到较为理想的控制效果。本文设计的控制系统与传统的继电器控制系统相比，简化了复杂的继电器控制电路、操作具有较高的灵活性，操作员可根据要求设计工作表，生产不同配方的防冻液，并且中间过程中无需人工操作，实现自动生产。 在介绍防冻液生产线的基本结构基础上，分析了研究的工作原理，阐述了PLC的优点及特点，分析称重仪的通信协议，设计了PLC与仪表数据通讯程序，设计控制系统的硬件接线图、PLC程序、和触摸屏人机界面。研究提出了基于PLC防冻液生产线的控制系统设计的实现方案。 关键词：可编程控制器；自动生产；防冻液The reaction tank automatic feed system design based on PLC Abstract In view of the situation of chemical production, the design of programmable controller (PLC) was applied to antifreeze production line, with touch screen as human-computer interface, reading the weight data of the reaction tank through serial bus. System controls the equipments to complete the production process according the parameters set on the HMI. By reasonable selection and design, it not only improves the production efficiency, maintainability and flexibility, and improve the control level, the production of antifreeze achieve ideal control effect. In this paper, design of control system is compared with the traditional relay control system, simplify the complicated relay control circuit, the operation has high flexibility, the operator can design according to the working table, antifreeze manufacture different formula, and the middle process without manual operation, realizing automatic production. Antifreeze production line is introduced, based on the basic structure of the analysis of the research work, this paper expounds the advantages and characteristics of PLC, analyzes the communication protocol of the weighing instrument, design the PLC and the instrument data communication program, designed the hardware wiring diagram of the control system, PLC program, and touch screen man-machine interface.
