摘 要 随着我国企业信息化进程的加快及网络技术的广泛应用，使用计算机进行信息管理己成为现实和发展的必然趋势。随着市场经济不断活跃，中介在帮助供需双方进行更好的信息交流方面作用越来越多,服务项目繁多，所以其管理所携带的信息量自然也很大，所以，要想提高劳动生产，降低经营成本，提高服务质量和管理水平，促进经济效益，必须借助计算机来进行现代化的信息管理MIS的概念、作用，继而论述了兼职中介管理系统的详细需求分析过程。可行性研究是做需求分析之前的必要的准备工作，需求分析的论述过程充分站在用户的角度。为了最大限度地满足用户的需求，就需要做详细的需求分析工作。同时论述了兼职中介管理系统的详细设计过程。包括系统结构设计、系统功能设计、数据库设计等。 本论文软件技术部分涉及兼职中介管理系统的开发和集成。首先论述了开发平台的搭建：前端开发工具为Visual Basic6.0，后端数据库的开发工具为Access数据库.接着论述了系统的实现，包括主要功能的实现和数据库及安全的实现。总结了本次开发的经验、问题与展望。 本文所研究的兼职中介管理系统，已成功应用社会，取得了良好的应用效果，具有广阔的应用前景。 关键词 MIS; 兼职中介; Visual Basic6.0;　Access数据库 Abstract With the development of the Enterprise Information System and the broad application of the computer network technology, it is the obvious trend to utilize computer technology in Enterprise Information Management. Along with the market economy unceasingly active, intermediary carries on the better information exchange aspect in help supply and demand both sides to affect more and more,there are many service items, so the amount of information is large, if you want to improve labor produce, reduce the management costs, improve the service quality and management level, promote the economic benefits, must carry on the modernized information management through the computer.
