摘要: 家族企业是世界上最古老的一种企业形态，也是世界各国企业创业初期大多运用的一种企业形式，在当今社会经济生活中也极具活力，是最普遍和最重要的企业组织形式。 本文以“与竞争力”为题，一是现阶段我国企业的；二是探讨我国企业竞争力的状况；三是探讨这二者的关系，提出完善，提升企业竞争力的路径。这不仅具有现实意义，而且可促进更加具体和具有现实操作性。良好的是企业提升竞争力的必要条件 Abstract: Family enterprise is one of the oldest form of the enterprise in the world, also it’s the form of the enterprise in their beginning time. In todays socio-economic life family enterprises are great vitality and it’s the most common and the most important forms of the business organizations. This paper is family enterprise management and family enterprise core competitiveness .first,it analyse the management model of family enterprise; second, explore the competitiveness of China family enterprise situation; Third, explore the relationship between these two, perfect enterprise management system to enhance the competitiveness of family enterprise path. This is not only necessary, but also promote management system of the family enterprise more concrete and operational reality. The paper described the definition of family business, the current situation and the competitiveness of enterprises, particuerly analysizing the causes and the characteristics of the management of the family business.Also it point out that the problems of the management of family business. Through the analysis of the enterprise’s management model and combined with the current family business in china specific circumstances made a countermeasures of the integration of the family enterprise.
