ERP在中石油推广的利与弊 　　摘要:随着经济发展的腾飞和信息科技的进步,经济全球化的浪潮席卷了各个行业。ERP作为现代企业信息管理模式的代表,不仅延续了MRPⅡ的范围和功能,而且成为世界公认的企业供应链与内部控制的有效管理系统。然而ERP在推广的过程中并未验证会给企业带来巨大效益的专家预言,大部分应用ERP的企业纷纷以失败告终。据资料显示中国企业在引进REP的调查统计,约有一半以上的公司彻底失败。今年四月,中石油与化工ERP系统建设进入了最后的冲刺阶段。本文深入和全面地分析ERP理论与实证研究成果,为今后的实施提供参考,同时也为正在冲刺的ERP中石油企业分析了ERP的局限性,列举了其中存在的问题并指出未来的发展方向。 　　关键词:ERP;中石油;数据挖掘技术;利弊 　　中图分类号:TP311文献标识码:A文章编号:1009-3044(2010)21-5917-03 　　ERP in the Promotion of the Advantages and Disadvantages of Oil 　　YANG Kai 　　(Petrochina Huabei Petrochemical Branch Company, Cangzhou 062552, China) 　　Abstract: With the takeoff of economic development and information technology advances, economic globalization has swept through all industries.
