硕 士 学 位 论 文 论文题目 雅戈尔集团北方公司DRP实施分析 作者姓名 王 葛 建 　 指导教师 李 小 东 　 学科(专业) 工商管理硕士（MBA） 所在学院 管 理 学 院 提交日期 2005年11月 摘 要 纺织服装业是我国国民经济支柱产业之一。随着竞争的加剧，纺织服装业面临极大挑战。国内市场利润微薄，而库存偏高，难以应对国外服装的高档品牌的强势挑战。出口市场不但低成本优势正逐步丧失,而且屡遭反倾销等贸易制裁。中国纺织服装业要想走出困境，培养自己的核心竞争力,建立信息系统支持下的敏捷供应链系统已是刻不容缓。 论文分析了宁波雅戈尔北方服饰有限公司(简称北方公司)的现状、分销资源计划(DRP)的现状；分析了当前主要存在的问题，如库存问题、销售预测问题、下级公司控制问题等。从而结合企业战略和信息化战略，提出了DRP信息系统的设计和实施方案。 论文还阐述了分销系统的实施过程；描述了KPI、数据仓库等技术在DRP系统中的应用，以及一些管理思想和观点在实施中的应用；并且提出一套以库存周转天数为核心的物流运作方法。 希望本论文对DRP方面做的研究能对雅戈尔集团DRP建设有所帮助；并能供其它企业借鉴。 关键词：DRP、服装行业、营销管理、物流、数据仓库 Abstract Textile Garment industry is one of the pillar industries in national economy of our country. With the aggravation of the competition, Textile Garment industry is confronted with a great challenge. The profit is low in domestic textile market, while the stock of product is on the high level .It is difficult to feedback the powerful challenge of the high-end foreign brands. In the export market we are not only gradually losing low cost advantage, but also constantly meeting with trade sanction such as the anti-dumping, etc. If China Textile Garment industry wants to extricate itself from the difficult position and set up its own core competitiveness, it is high time to set up the Agile Supply Chain supported by information system. This paper analyzes the current situation of the northern company of Youngor and the Distribution Resource Planning. It also analyzes the main existing problem at present, such as the problem of stock, the problem of sales forecast, and the problem of controlling subordinate company etc. According to the business strategy and strategy of IT, the paper proposes the design and implementation scheme of the DRP. It also explains the implementation course of the DRP and introduces the usage of KPI, data warehouse in the information system and the usage of managing method in the implementation course of system.
