摘 要 汽车的完美外表，往往给人一种赏心悦目的感觉。但随着汽车保有量的增多，汽车问题也越来越突出。尤其是汽车完美的外表的损伤，就难免对汽车表面进行修补。在修补的过程中，高质量漆面不是问题，关键在于修补后所喷部位与原漆面之间色差控制。这个色差控制成为汽车漆面修补关键技术【1】。 本文通过对颜色的认识及汽车调漆涂料的基本认识，了解目前汽车调色行业的解决方法，如采用汽车原厂漆修补方法，色标卡修补方法，人工调漆积累经验的修补方法。但无论使用哪种方法，汽车面漆色差的情况同样会发生，如何避免或减小色差的出现，是现在市场所要面临的问题。 目前汽车调色减小色差的最简单的方法是采用仪器测量，要求修补后车身颜色与原车相比在色差的控制范围内。通过了解测色仪的分类，工作原理，使用方法，根据色差的数字化表述及颜色偏离标准进行定量比较，提供可靠的依据，进行颜色的修正，进而避免或减小色差的出现。 本文所要做的工作如下： （1）汽车调色修补方法； （2）色差的认识及色差仪的使用； （3）使用色差仪调色具体方案。 关键词：修补方法，色差，色差仪  Abstract Consider the perfect vehicle appearance, often giving a pleasant feeling. But with the increase in car ownership, car problems are more prominent. Consider perfect appearance, especially in the automotive damage, which inevitably surface repair the car. In the repair process, the quality of finish is not a problem; the key is to spray the repaired parts of the new and the original paint color difference between the controls. The color control has become the most important automotive paint repair technology. Based on the knowledge and automotive paint colors paint artificial basic knowledge to understand the current automotive repair industry solutions, such as automotive original paint repair methods, color card repair, artificial accumulation of experience in paint repair methods. But no matter which method is used, car paint color of the case the same will happen, how to avoid or reduce the appearance of color is now on the market to be problems. Reduce the color of the current car The easiest way is to use instruments to measure, requiring the body color, compared with the standard model within the control of the color. By understanding the color measurement instrument classification, job analysis principles, methods, according to the digital color difference and color deviation from the standard expression to describe quantitatively, to provide a reliable basis for color correction, and thus avoid or reduce the color to appear.
