环渤海集装箱港口合作模式研究精选.doc

摘 要 随着集装箱运输的蓬勃发展、集装箱船舶的大型化以及航运企业风起云涌的并购浪潮，环渤海区域各集装箱港口为获得集装箱货源而展开了激烈的竞争，这些竞争具体表现在价格的竞争和完善服务功能上。但是，由于环渤海区域集装箱港口经营本身的特征，以及其所处海运运输的大环境，又决定了这种竞争必须是有序的竞争，是总体态势下的分工与合作。在环渤海这个有限的区域经济中，总的集装箱货源已由地区经济的发展情况而基本确定，同时，区域集装箱港口的经营本身又具有严重的市场进入与退出障碍、数额巨大的短长期费用、较大的规模经济及产品服务的替代性相当大等特点，因而，要求该区域各集装箱港口都具有完善的各种服务功能，既不可能，也无必要。各集装箱港口要走的只能是专业分工和优势互补的道路，在专业分工上各自表现自己的特征，并获得优势发展。即便如此，该区域中的各港口还得要同时应付来自周边大港的严峻挑战。本文的研究目的是将合作竞争理论引入环渤海集装箱港口企业的竞争中，减少由于腹地交叉而引发的恶性竞争，保证本地区集装箱港口的整体效益与可持续发展。 关键词：环渤海，集装箱港口，合作模式 Abstract With the vigorous development of container transportation and container shipping units and shipping enterprise were popping mergers, bohai sea area, each container port container sources for obtaining began, the fierce competition, the competition manifested in price competition and perfect service function.
